well, had a mini farewell celebration for ah di yesterday wif juz us - mom, dad (e 2 of dem din really participate, went out to bai nian after their own steamboat dinner), me, dar, regan, mei, di, cal n jianglin.

feeling quite furnee in my heart tat hes leaving for oz dis coming fri. 'will miss u lots lor bro!'

its his 1st long trip fr hme. all of us seldom travel wif frens or wat. i tink ah di oni went on a cruise once wif his frens. n other dan ns, hes nv away fr hme. even ns is in sg. nw hes gg to a place where we cant access to him by car. =S shld tink mom gg to b e 2nd most upset ba. precious elder son gg away for 9 mths to study. 1st is u noe who la.

ah di quite poor ting can. me n ah mei decided on e date n ting we wld b doing. but he got to buy his own food n pay for it too. haha... but i was e driver can. see i did my part.

it was a nice bbq dinner wif all e foods we like. yummy can. so so so yummy in fact. i love my bbqs like tat.

we had cheese hotdogs (fr je mkt, its damn cheesy lor, e cheese will juz ooze out one), taiwan sausages (we tried a new flavour - black pepper, nt bad), crabstick (normal), hotdogs (normal - cal wanted to it tat, haha... 'cal, i muz emphasize'), prawns (big n juicy), 500g tat is worth $8.10 bacon strips rolled wif jin zhen gu (my invention, v nice lor, ask cal. haha... but i learned it fr smeone else la. *bleahz*), satay (nt bad but i'm nt a satay lover), fish tofu (so-so, tasted nicer e other time tat i bought), shitake mushrooms (v nice can, i did it 1st time, marinated it wif sme ssmi oil n soy sauce), kiao (those hat look-a-like tats meant for steamboat but its damn nice bbq-ed till crispy, got e idea when i went marina south for its steamboat n i fried tat using e teppanyaki part) n sme leftovers fr e steamboat like scallops (so sweet), bao bei (taste gd bbq-ed), meat balls ('so cal, e chilli meat balls nice?') n sotong (so shiok wif e chilli n lime).

oh ya, theres dis fish tat dad bought at cold storage when he went to buy sme red wines n wan to bbq-ed. but when he got hme after bai nian dun wan to eat le. duh. make me marinate n bbq-ed for nothing. haa... but ok la, nt much work anyways.

we lo hei too. dad n mom din join. mom wans to slp n dad says he brush his teeth. can re-brush rite. =P so we lo ourselves lor. but it din taste good. we did it for e fun. hee... =)

i did e washing up n ah mei scrubbed e flrs. yes, we clean ourselves. we dun trouble e maid ok. keke... n e guys r njoying themselves playing games n blowing aircon in e living rm. *geez* slavery.

one of e pic shows cal tormenting e labbit by putting a pc of vege on its head tat it cant get rid of no matter hw hard he shake or move or reach. evil ger rite. lols... but dollars is cute la. he was trying so hard tat its so furnee.

e last pic shows e food we haf left. we usually finished it all. even if we r bloated till we r going to burst, we wld bbq all den play games n eat it all. haha... it works ok. den no leftovers. me n ah mei were enthusiastic supporters of dis but ah di anti-social la. dun wan. so we had to keep e leftovers. prawns ok. tinking of it nw makes me hungry all over. bbq-ed big n juicy prawns. YUMMY! =9

i tink our nxt bbq might b christmas when hes back. nt tat fun bbq-ing when its nt full hse. though we said everyone's bday dis yr shall b a bbq. haa... but ah di one we din coz dad was complaining we bbq too much. we did it on christmas eve. new yr's day. n ah di bday was on 17th so its like 3 bbq within 2 wks so dad objected.

hes leaving for oz on 18th. so fast time flys.
